STRUCTURE AND STAFF ESTABLISHMENT
Malawi Housing Corporation organogram consists of Chief Executive as a controlling Officer, followed by Directors, Heads of Department, Managers, Officers, Supervisors, clerks and support staff.
The total staff establishment for members of staff on unspecified contracts and specified contracts is 655. During peak times of construction however, the number of employees on contracts for specific tasks exceeds 2500
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
The Corporation has an approved training and development policy which provides guidelines on professional development of its members of staff. Malawi Housing Corporation has over the years embarked on a number of short term and long term external and in house training programs as per the guidelines of the training and development policy.
