Chartered Valuation Surveyors who conducts in house and provide the following valuation
service to other clients at a fee.
Property valuation for sale and purchase
Property valuation for security of loan or mortgage
Property valuation for Insurance
Property valuation for Compulsory acquisition
Property valuation for taxation
Property valuation for transfer of property
Property valuation for rent.
Investment appraisal for designated projects
Apart from conducting valuation for its properties the Corporation also provide data on
current capital and rental market values of properties every six months for national use.
