Malawi Housing Corporation have since late 2020 been wrapped up in developing a tentative work plan to cover the current housing deficit in Malawi which has been accelerated but high urbanization rates over the last three decades. The architectural department have developed concept designs which have been presented to the government for their onward action. The page overleaf contains one of the designs.
